Handy Person: Self employed person required to undertake general caretaking duties. Must have own tools & equipment. Tasks may include; Painting, drain unblocking, Door repairs, Wood / Metal work, Tiling, re-lamping, Contractor Liaison, in fact anything to keep the place safe & open! Hours to be arranged & may lead to permanent regular set days. Due to the massive job variation competitive hourly rates can be discussed, materials to be invoiced monthly.
